I am a communication designer who has spent most of his career in advertising and branding. I have studied communication design with a specialisation in Animation Film Design from MIT Institute of Design, Pune. My career began in Mumbai with television and films. My subsequent work experiences include places like Pune and Bangalore, before I moved to Ahmedabad. I have been working as a Creative Director with advertising agencies in Ahmedabad for about three years now. I have had the pleasure to manage and create content for brands like Microsoft, Xiaomi, SBI Cards, Unacademy, Jindal Steel, Ashok Leyland, Pizza Hut, Red Bull, Flipkart, WROGN, Imaara, Unibic cookies, William Penn, and Shaktiman Agro. I have been able to manage a diverse workforce as a result of working and staying in different states throughout my career.
With the help of artificial intelligence, I have been creating art over the past on year. This is a newly found interest where I enjoy making art on Indian culture, monuments and festivals using AI Art tools like Midjourney and DALL-E 2. It has been a great honour for me to have my AI art published in two prestigious international magazines as well as on the Government of India’s National AI Portal. This year, I have been invited to exhibit and sell my work at the ADC, one of the oldest continuously running award shows in the world, part of The One Club for Creativity.
In addition to my career in advertising and branding, I have been providing workshops, seminars, and training programmes on filmmaking, design thinking, and project management for numerous organisations and schools/colleges. I'm listed as a Design Mentor on ADPList, a global mentorship platform too.
I also help my family in Surat run an NGO, where we cook and distribute mid-day meals to over 200 students from a nearby government school every Friday.
